HILLSBORO, Oregon – April 5, 2006 - Lattice Semiconductor Corp. (NASDAQ: LSCC) will announce financial results for the First Quarter 2006 after market close on Tuesday, April 25, 2006. A conference call with analysts and investors will be held at 5:30 a.m. (Pacific Time) on April 26, 2006. The conference call will be conducted by Steve Skaggs, Lattice's President and Chief Executive Officer, and Jan Johannessen, Chief Financial Officer.
