Lattice Semiconductor Authorizes Share Repurchase Program

HILLSBORO, Ore. - December 6, 2000 - Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: LSCC), today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a stock repurchase program whereby up to 5,000,000 shares of its common stock may be purchased from time to time in the open market at the discretion of management. Repurchased shares will be used to offset dilution due to the exercise of employee stock options.
