Lattice Semiconductor Corporation Announces the Effectiveness of a Registration Statement on Form S-3HILLSBORO, Ore. - February 8, 2000 - Lattice Semiconductor Corporation today announced that a Registration Statement on Form S-3 registering its outstanding 4-3/4% Convertible Subordinated Notes due 2006 has been declared effective today by the Securities and Exchange Commission. This news release does not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy the securities. Any offers of the securities will be made only by means of a private offering memorandum.
