Axcon ApS Joins Lattice Leader Design Services Program

Lattice Global Network of Premier Design Services Companies Adds New Member

HILLSBORO, OR. - DECEMBER 15, 2005 - Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: LSCC) today announced that Axcon ApS, an independent, privately owned Danish consultant and design services company, has joined the Lattice LEADER Design Services Program, which formalizes partnerships with a highly select, global network of premier design services companies. Through the LEADER (" Lattice Exclusive Alliance of Design Engineering Resources") partnership program, Lattice evaluates, identifies, selects and supports design services companies that have committed to provide exceptional programmable logic design expertise and assistance to Lattice customers. Lattice's expanding array of leading edge products and services, combined with the local design expertise of its partners, will continue to reduce customers' time-to-market.

"We are extremely pleased to join the Lattice LEADER program and to work with Lattice to create solutions using their new generation FPGAs and other programmable logic devices," said Rolf V. Østergaard, Axcon co-founder and co-owner. "We provide our customers with a broad range of services and design solutions, including consulting, training and hardware development resources. We are very impressed by the new Lattice FPGA devices, and believe we will provide better service to our customers by joining the LEADER program," Østergaard concluded.

" Our new FPGA products are being enthusiastically received in the global marketplace, and consequently our need for local design consultation continues to grow rapidly," said Steve Donovan, Lattice corporate vice president of sales. " Axcon is exactly the kind of design services company we want as a member of our LEADER program. Axcon offers its customers superior technical expertise and an impressive array of services. More importantly, Axcon is focused on customer service and satisfaction."
