Lattice Semiconductor Acquires Integrated Intellectual Property, Inc.HILLSBORO, Ore. - March 16, 2001 - Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: LSCC) today announced that it has acquired privately-held Integrated Intellectual Property Inc. (I2P) of Santa Clara, California. Terms of the stock acquisition were not disclosed and will not have a material effect on Lattice's financial results. I2P is a provider of ASIC and system design services and intellectual property (IP) in the areas of communications, networking, and embedded processor systems. The acquisition will serve to enhance Lattice's IP development effort and its ability to deliver leading-edge programmable solutions.
